1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Payments can be made via accepted payment methods such as credit card,  AliPay, Wechat Pay, PayPal, and much more.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund except promotions prices.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full service fee.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges.

3. Late Arrival Policy

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• Late arrivals may result in the full reserved time not being available. The session or appointment time may be shortened accordingly to minimize disruptions to the schedule.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and apply the cancellation policy.

4. Health and Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or injuries before your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a condition that may pose a health risk to themselves or the therapist.
• MB Massage follows strict hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.

5. Client Conduct 

• Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.
• Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to, harassment, aggression, or illegal activities, will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential legal action.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• MB Massage and its employees are not responsible for any injuries or adverse reactions that may occur during or after the massage session.
• Clients assume all risks associated with the services provided and agree to release MB Massage from any liability.

7. Personal Belongings.

• Please keep personal belongings secure. MB Massage  is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
• We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions.

• MB Massage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
