2014-2020, we operated “inBalance Spa” in Novotel Platinum and “Orchid Massage” in Mercure Makkasan with the highest performance; due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were forced to close all our four branches on March 18, 2020. However, after reopening, we remain committed to providing our customers with the best possible care.
